Our Story
Thanks Imaging, founded in 2018 by Pearl Michalson, was born out of a deep understanding of the struggles faced by those who feel unheard. As a military veteran, resolution specialist, and HR executive, Pearl consistently served as a trusted confidante for her family, friends, and colleagues.
Throughout her experiences, Pearl observed a recurring theme: workplace issues often stemmed from a fundamental failure to truly see, understand, and communicate with one another. Empathic listening took a backseat to task-driven objectives, leaving many feeling marginalized and falling back instead of speaking up. Multi-generations, Women in positions of authority, underrepresented groups, and students were particularly affected by this disconnect - despite their willingness to succeed and be a team player.
Realizing the profound impact she could make, Pearl knew that offering sporadic support during breaks or after work was not enough. By dedicating herself to this cause full-time, she sought to create lasting change. By actively listening to all perspectives, Pearl understood the importance of being an ally, focusing on inclusivity, and empowering individuals to find their voice. To be heard is to be seen. Not only through development courses, tool kits, or video content, but in whatever medium that may be.
